Onsite implementation consulting and training – Nothing can substitute the personal touch that is delivered during a face-to-face conversation. ACS Athletics understands this is key to developing a strong relationship and understanding with our customers. Our implementation and service representatives will visit your campus several times during the implementation of the product.
Phone and email support – As anyone should expect, our Client Services group is available to help you by email and phone support. We want to hear from you!
Live chat support – Some of our customers prefer to ask quick questions and receive quick responses while multi-tasking. ACS Athletics provides a convenient live chat support option with our support technicians.
Web-based trainings – Has your coaching staff turned over or do you need a refresher on a key piece of the system? Our support department is more than happy to schedule a web-based training with your team to make sure you’re getting the most out of the system.
Recorded trainings – We understand that it can be boring to leaf through a users manual, and it may be more effective to see the system in action.
